Sanyo announced on Aug. 19, 2010 that their new product Sanyo Xacti VPC-PD2BK 1080p will begin shipping in Sept. 2010. Personally, I can not wait for this 2 in 1 product. This camera can take 10 MP Photos and also take HD videos and it comes complete with software. That means that it is a snap when it comes to sharing photos or HD video on all my social media pages. And let's talk about the size. It is small enough to fit in my pocket and will easily fit in my purse.

I guess that's why they call it a Pocket Camcorder!

This camera also comes with stereo sound. It's the speakers on either side that allows for stereo sound. So what could be better. Fantastic 10 MP pictures High Definition video and let's not forget a 3X Optical Zoom. With all that PD2BK delivers I no longer have to carry a bag with all those other devices.

The SANYO VPC-PD2BK has a High Speed Sequential Shooting Mode usually found on more expensive or larger cameras. Another great feature is it has a built in USB but you can also use a cable. Files can be saved to SD, SDHC or ultra-high capacity SDXC (up to 64GB) memory cards.
